PTFE Coated Fabrics

PTFE’s unique properties include easy release and high-temperature resistance. When combined with the strength and durability of glass or aramid fabrics, the resulting union makes for an indispensable production resource. Designed for manufacturers who seek outstanding performance and long lasting products, FIBERFLON® PTFE Coated Fabrics are ideal strongholds for optimizing workflows in rigorous industrial settings. The range is widely demanded for applications where release, friction, and dielectric control or protection is a challenge.

FIBERFLON® PTFE Coated Fabrics are manufactured from a wide range of fabric styles with different yarn counts and coated to different levels of PTFE, which range from 15% for porous to up to 85% for heavily coated products.

PREMIUM Series have the highest PTFE-to-substrate ratio that create an extremely smooth, high-gloss surface with excellent abrasion resistance and tensile strength.
