PFA FILMS & HEAT SEALERS

FIBERFLON manufactures portable welding irons & heat sealers designed to bond PTFE coated fabrics and belts. The main function of our heat sealers is to introduce enough heat to allow a proper bond between PTFE surfaces of FIBERFLON materials. Our welding iron is designed to make joints on site and also used for a quick repair by welding patches on PTFE coated fabrics and belts. The heat sealer set includes all the necessary materials you need to create the perfect bond.

PFA WELDING FILMS

FIBERFLON manufactures high performance PFA Welding Films that are used in the bonding of PTFE/Glass Fabrics. Available in 1 Mil , 2 Mil and 5 Mil thick with a standard width of 47.24 Inches (1200 mm).
