THERMAL BONDING OF NONWOVENS
As non-woven fabrics go through the thermal bonding process, our PTFE Coated Open Mesh Fiberglass Conveyor Belting provides the essential high temperature tolerance, excellent airflow, and easy release smooth surface to carry them safely and pristinely through the process.
OPEN MESH BELT DRYING
While freshly-dyed fabrics are cured or cooled off to complete even the most delicate of patterns, our Open Mesh Belting Systems move the process effortlessly along. They allow for the perfect amount of airflow through while being conveyed along the drying ovens and maintain the integrity of the garment to completion.
FUSING PRESS LAMINATION
In the garment industry, Fiberflon PTFE belts are used when materials are bonded together and sealed using heat and pressure. Our belting materials are designed to resist high temperatures and have superior release. We are able to manufacture belts with minimal thickness different at the seam to avoid leaving marks on your product.
SCREEN PRINTING
In this industry, Fiberflon PTFE mesh belts are used to convey screen printed products where the ink has to be cured. The types of dryers that are available are forced air, ultraviolet radiation, and infrared. PTFE mesh belts can be used in all three dryers.
