DOUBLE BELT PRESS LAMINATION

Flatbed laminators are used to manufacture a variety of products by laminating several layers of materials. These machines are used in the flooring, automotive and aerospace industries. FIBERFLON® products are used as process belts in this process that involves high heat and belt tension. Our products ensure that the final product releases easily from the belt once the lamination process is complete. FIBERFLON® has capabilities to manufacture single ply and multi-ply belts up to 3500 mm wide. Multi-ply laminated PTFE belts are introduced under the FIBERLAM series. The “Prime Surface” belts are engineered to offer longer belt life and enhanced release due to the non-porous and micro crack-free sealed surface.
